I shared my work with Camila — this was a Figma prototype for a new feature we’ve built super quick to enable our customers to send a snapshot of their dashboard to a Slack channel. I was keen to get feedback as I had only a matter of hours to design this! We also did a bit of role play before my 1:1 with my boss. I was explaining why I feel that design critiques are so important and waffling on. What was great was Camila telling me to get to the point. Instead of spending time waffling and explaining; just say what you want and why. That’s enough.
